Senior Project Manager Role:
– Manage all phases of VR/AR projects, from brainstorming ideas to implementation and final evaluation
– Keep clients happy by handling their needs like a pro and turning ‘uh-oh’ moments into ‘heck yeah!’ outcomes
– Plan and coordinate the development team’s work to hit deadlines and deliver the best XR projects
– Streamline project management processes within the company 🔧
– Predict long-term resource needs making sure we’ve got the people, tools, and whatever else we need to crush the projects
– Track project finances to make sure everything stays profitable and on budget
– Be the go-between for sales, project management, and support when it comes to pricing strategies 💡
Who we are looking for:
– You have at least 3 years of experience in project management within tech – bonus points if it’s in the XR/AI field! You’re proactive, love tackling challenges, and are ready to take full responsibility for your projects
– You have hands-on experience with client communication and can handle the surprises that come with unexpected project fuck-ups
– You have experience managing the financial aspects of projects, including pricing and profitability analysis
– You’re fluent in Czech/Slovak and have advanced English (C1)
– You’re ready to join full-time

After that, you’ll be invited for a final round of interviews in Karlín, where you’ll go through a short case study and meet the team!
