We created a space combining the virtual and real-world to study people’s behaviour in reacting to different spaces.

For Palacký University in Olomouc, we created an XR research lab combining AR and VR to help them better understand people’s behaviour reacting to different situations. With the help of advanced technology, we can simulate the closest feeling to being in a real place.

This project aimed to help Palacky University students better understand people’s behaviour and emotions in different religious environments with the help of XR technology.

The main challenge of this project was to create realistic 3D environments that would be authentic enough to make people feel they are in a real environment. We had to find a way to combine real and virtual environments with studying people’s behavioural reactions in different spaces and stimulating the closest feeling of being in a real place.


Our solution was to develop software that records the user’s activity in the virtual world and the measured values of body functions. Furthermore, it enables the synchronization of other active participants, the launch and display of a 3D scene, and the ability to show or hide selected parts of the stage.
