The brief
The client wanted a special filter to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the iconic Dr. Oetker Krtkuv (mole) cake. We decided to approach the project from a completely unique angle and create an unforgettable experience for the fans of this iconic brand.

Goal

The AR Filter became the most shared piece of content across all of Dr. Oetker's Social Media pages!

Interactive, game, packaging - there are so many types of filters to choose from!

Challenge

The major challenge of this filter was to develop a fun game that would be both easy to use and engaging. We used tracking and mapping technology to create a highly interactive game board that included sounds and animations.

Solution

Dr. Oetker Krtkuv Filter is an interactive game filter. The cake is the star of the filter and the interaction contains actual references to the popular TV advertisement (gardener and mole hills). There are different types of cakes reflecting the release of new editions. The aim of this game is to catch as many cakes as possible and receive the most points in a limited amount of time. The whole experience is accompanied by sound effects and little animations.
