We’re looking for a Medior Performance Marketing Specialist (SEA, SEM) to join our team part-time and drive lead generation and campaign optimization.
What’s going to be your job?
– Drive traffic to our website through targeted strategies that attract new leads and grow our digital reach.
– Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data and adjusting bids and ad copy to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
– Design and execute engaging social media campaigns, focusing on LinkedIn and Meta to reach and connect with potential leads.
– Use email marketing to nurture leads by creating compelling content, segmenting audiences, and tracking results for higher engagement.
– Improve website performance, ensuring smooth user experiences, fast load times, and easy access on all devices to boost conversions.
– Monitor key metrics like website traffic, conversion rates, and lead acquisition to ensure our strategies align with business goals and are fully optimized.
Who we are looking for:
– Experience with PPC management and lead generation, particularly in B2B environments.
– Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Search Console for tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance.
– Solid WordPress skills for website management, with a focus on improving user experience and conversion rates.
– Hands-on experience with CRO testing, A/B testing, and optimizing conversion paths.
– Hands-on email marketing experience with tools like Mailchimp with a focus on segmentation and engagement
– Knowledge of website performance metrics and best practices to ensure a seamless user experience.
– Availability to work around 20 hours per week.
– Strong English communication skills (at least B2 level).
