Hey there! We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Generalist to join the Yord crew. You’ll help us push our marketing efforts forward across different channels. From researching competitors and managing social media to planning events and syncing with our sales team – you’ll get hands-on experience in all things marketing.
What’s gonna be your job?
– Attend and coordinate industry events, representing Yord and making sure everything stays on track
– Assist with planning and running events, handling everything from setup to follow-up
– Work on SoMe strategies, create and schedule engaging content to keep our social presence buzzing
– Dive into competitor research, market trends, and sales insights to support our marketing strategies
– Implement and manage lead generation activities, including developing blog articles, landing pages, case studies, etc.
– Track key metrics (KPIs) and put together monthly reports for the team
– Work closely with the sales team to align marketing with sales goals
– Stay on top of the latest marketing trends and tools, always bringing fresh ideas to the table
– Support the Head of Marketing in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department
What we’re looking for:
– You’re probably studying for your bachelor’s or master’s degree and have a strong interest in marketing
– You’re full of ideas and ready to jump in with a proactive mindset
– You’re confident attending and organising events
– You’re creative and comfortable writing content for social media
– You can dedicate around 20-40 hours per week
– You’ve got a hands-on approach and a positive, can-do attitude
– Your English is on point (B2 level or higher)
Bonus points if:
– You’ve already played around with marketing tools and strategies
– You’ve got a good eye for social media trends and know how to get attention online
