Development of application brings several visual additions to the exhibition of known Czech manufacturer TATRA through augmented reality.

 
Project
We designed and created a unique exposition of TATRA trucks that incorporate the latest AR technology to show history and archives of content that does not fit into the museum itself.

 

The brief
The main goal of this project was to reimagine old-fashioned exhibits and use augmented reality to enrich the museum experience and bring visitors closer to the origins of the world-known truck brand TATRA.

Challenge

The main challenge of this project was to use augmented reality features that do not distract the visitor from the physical exhibition but bring additional information and make the experience more valuable and memorable. 

Solution

We developed an application that brings features in the form of historical pictures, 2D animations, 3D models or animations to fully complement the actual physical exhibition. The augmented reality of the application also brings easy access to translations of the content to different languages. Each model also has additional information accessible on the web through QR code.
