UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to take ownership of the design of an AI-powered learning platform.

The product you would work on helps people practice soft skills through AI conversations, both on the web and in VR. Users can have conversations, receive ratings and AI feedback, and track their progress through a personal dashboard.

You’ll work closely with our Team Leader Kuba and the development team to turn ideas and early concepts into clear, polished and scalable digital experiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about both how things work and how they look.

What’s gonna be your job?

UX & Product Design

• Map user flows, information architecture and interaction patterns
• Create wireframes, prototypes and polished final designs
• Take complex ideas and turn them into simple, intuitive experiences
• Run lightweight user testing and iterate based on what you learn

UI & Design Systems

• Create high-quality, polished UI
• Build and maintain components, libraries and design systems in Figma
• Create scalable solutions that developers can actually build
• Prepare assets and designs for smooth developer handoff

Design the learning experience

• Design the progress dashboard and turn scores, feedback and data into something users can actually understand and act on
• Design the web conversation experience — from starting a session to receiving feedback and ratings
• Think through how AI feedback can feel useful, clear, fair and motivating

XR & Innovation

• Help shape the VR experience, including onboarding and the connection between VR and web
• Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve the learning experience
• Bring ideas to life through prototypes and visual exploration

Collaboration

• Work directly with Kuba and our development team
• Explain your design decisions, take feedback and iterate
• Stay involved beyond the design file and care about the final implementation

What do we expect from you?

• Strong portfolio showing both UX thinking and polished UI
• Advanced Figma skills – components, variables, auto layout, prototyping and developer handoff
• Strong understanding of:
  • User flows and information architecture
  • Wireframing and prototyping
  • Usability testing
  • Visual design, typography and layout
  • Design systems and scalable UI
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, analytics or progress tracking is a big plus
• Experience with XR/VR interface design is a plus
• Good visual eye and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with developers and thinking about technical feasibility
• Curious about AI, XR and emerging technologies
• Able to take ownership of a project and move things forward without waiting for perfectly defined instructions
