We’re looking for a Project Manager specializing in tenders and grants who’s ready to win for us exciting global projects and help push the boundaries of what’s possible.

You will:
– Identify and track relevant tenders, grants, and calls for proposals (EU, national, regional, and global)
– Prepare and coordinate proposals, from project outlines and concepts to budgets and pricing
– Collaborate closely with YORD’s creative, tech, and production teams to shape strong, competitive submissions
– Communicate with institutions, grant agencies, and partner organizations
– Maintain and manage an internal pipeline of opportunities and submissions
– Support the launch and reporting of awarded projects (documentation, contracting, invoicing)
Who are we looking for?
– You have experience in grant writing, tender preparation, or public funding management ideally within innovation, tech, or creative industries
– You’re proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, but you also know how to tell a compelling story that sells an idea
– You have experience managing the financial aspects of projects, including pricing and profitability analysis
– You’re comfortable working across teams
– You’re fluent in Czech/Slovak and have advanced English (C1)
– You’re ready to join full-time
