Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder to join our marketing team. Your mission: bring YORD’s immersive XR & AI projects to life through powerful storytelling, from raw footage to published post, from concept to visual identity.

What you’ll do?

–  Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube — carousels, graphics, videos, downloadable PDFs, etc

– Maintain YORD’s brand consistency across all formats and touchpoints

– Produce and edit short-form video content, including Reels, vertical format, captions, pacing, and trending audio

– Prepare and maintain visual assets for the website — banners, project visuals, illustrations, optimized for web

– Edit and publish podcast episodes — handling audio cleanup, pacing, chapter markers, and export for distribution platforms

– Edit longer-form project and case study videos for YouTube and presentations

– Develop visual materials for internal teams — sales case studies, pitch decks, event visuals, concept presentations

– Stay on top of social media trends and proactively propose new content formats

– Lead and manage a content creator intern — assigning tasks, reviewing output, and ensuring quality

– Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to align content with campaigns and company priorities 

What we’re looking for?

Skills & tools

– Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

– DaVinci Resolve for video and podcast editing

– Experience with AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, or similar)

– Figma for UI, social, and web graphics

– Solid understanding of platform formats: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube

Experience & mindset

– Hands-on content production experience (video, social, or both)

– Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member

– Ability to capture and express a brand voice visually

– Creative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally

– Written and spoken English at the B2+ level

Nice to have (Bonus)

– Background in podcast or video production

– Interest in XR, immersive tech, or creative technology

– Previously working in a marketing/branding agency
