Immersive Developer (on site – Prague, Czech Republic)

Hey! We’re looking for an 🚀 Immersive Developer / Digital Creator 🚀 who’s ready to move beyond just writing lines of code and start crafting mind-blowing digital worlds. If you’re a master of Unity and Three.js, but your heart beats for the “creator” side of things, solving complex puzzles and pushing the limits of what’s possible in XR, we want you!

Your Role:

– Build the impossible: Develop immersive experiences primarily in Unity 3D, while leveraging other immersive web or XR technologies to turn wild concepts into functional realities.

– Be a digital creator: Step away from “just coding” and take ownership of the creative process. You’re not just a dev. You are an architect of experiences. 

 – Problem solving via AI: Use tools like Claude Code and other advanced AI workflows to smash through bugs and optimize your dev process.

– Master of fixing: Turn “uh-oh” technical glitches into “heck yeah!” smooth-running masterpieces. 

 – Push frontiers: Experiment with the latest tech to ensure our XR projects are always one step ahead of the competition.

– Collaborate: Work closely with our creative team to bridge the gap between abstract ideas and functional, stunning digital worlds. 💡

Who are we looking for?

– The Tech Stack: You’re a pro in Unity 3D. Any additional experience with other immersive frameworks or engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Three.js, WebGL, WebXR) is a big plus!

– The Mindset: You’ve moved past being a “coder” and now identify as a Digital Creator. You care about the experience, not just the script.

– AI-Savvy: You know how to leverage Claude Code and other AI tools to speed up problem-fixing and focus on the creative stuff.

– Proactive Fixer: When something breaks, you don’t wait for instructions—you dive in and find a solution.

– Communication: You have advanced English (C1).

– Full-time: You’re ready to join us on a full-time basis.
