YORD is on the hunt for a Technical Lead to keep our tech ship sailing smoothly while our CTO tackles the big stuff—like schmoozing with clients and becoming the next LinkedIn celebrity.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
– Be the Tech Guru: Guide our dev teams through the wild world of immersive installations, Unity, and possibly interested in AI. When the going gets tough, you’ll be the one with the answers.
– Turn Strategy into Reality: Help our CTO translate high-level ideas into things that actually work (and look awesome).
– Team Whisperer: Mentor, inspire, and occasionally referee to keep our brilliant (and maybe a little quirky) team at their best.
– Firefighter Extraordinaire: When a tricky bug or hardware hiccup rears its ugly head, you’ll be there to save the day.
– Project Wingman: Partner with our project managers to make sure all the tech pieces fit together like a puzzle (not like Ikea furniture).
– Speak Fluent Stakeholder: Talk tech with our clients without making their heads spin.
What you bring to the table (besides snacks, we love snacks):
– Experience: 3+ years in tech roles, with at least 2 years of herding developers and keeping them happy.
– Tech Cred: You’re a pro in at least one of our core areas (immersive hardware, Unity, or AI) and can fake it ‘til you make it in the others.
– Quick Thinker: You’re the person everyone calls when stuff hits the fan, and you always deliver.
– Leadership Superpowers: People actually like working with you, and they do what you ask without muttering under their breath (most of the time).
– Project Wrangling: You’ve juggled deadlines, stakeholders, and tech hurdles—and made it look easy.
– Communication Wizardry: Whether you’re talking to developers or clients, you make complex stuff sound simple (and maybe even fun).
– A Love for All Things Immersive: VR, AR, AI—they’re not just buzzwords to you. They’re the future, and you’re ready to help build it.
